You and your Authorised User(s) can use The Sun Prepaid MasterCard® to withdraw money from over 1.2 million ATMs worldwide, 24 hours a day, wherever you see the MasterCard® acceptance mark.

Simply insert your Sun Card into the ATM and follow the instructions on the screen.

  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits

    You can withdraw up to £250 a day from an ATM or up to the maximum country limit allowed – whichever is the lowest. The minimum withdrawal in the UK is £10. The minimum amounts vary in countries outside the UK.

  • Checking your Sun eccount balance

    It’s easy to check your eccount or Sun Card(s) balance 24 hours a day:

    • Online: Log-in to your Sun eccount
    • Telephone: Call our Automated Telephone line on 0871 220 6401 or +44 20 0101 1105 if overseas.
    • Text: BAL to 80777 or +44 778 1474 776 if overseas (standard network rates apply).
