The Sun eccount and Prepaid MasterCard® not only gives you greater control of your money. It also affords you greater freedom to shop at more than 25 million locations worldwide, including High Street stores, online, by phone and mail order. When using your Card online, by phone or mail order, it’s important to remember the following:-

  • Cardmember’s Name

    If you’re asked this, use the name printed on your Card.

  • Address

    The billing address that you must use when shopping online is the same as the address that you provided us when you registered. If you’re the authorised user, then you must provide the primary Cardholder’s address.

  • Card Type

    Your Card is a Prepaid MasterCard®.

  • Issue Number

    There is no Issue Number for your Card.

  • Valid Dates

    You’ll find the start and expiry dates of The Sun Card on the front of your Card.

  • 3 Digit Security Code or CV2 Number

    The CV2 number consists of the last three digits printed on the signature strip on the reverse of your Card.
