Your salary and wages
This is a convenient way to Top-up your Sun eccount.
Call Customer Care and they will send you a simple form by email or mail, which you should complete and hand to your employer.
Do not use the eccount details in your Sun Paying-in Book.
Your Sun eccount will be credited as soon as the cleared money is received from your employer. Normally, this takes between 1-5 days, depending on when and how it is paid. Most employers usually try to arrange wage or salary payments to be made available at a time expected by the employee.
And to keep life simple – you can log-in to check your Sun eccount balance at any time to see if it has been received or receive free email alerts or Text alerts (8p) for when money is loaded into your Sun eccount.
