Top-up at a High Street Bank
It’s simple to Top-up with cash using your Sun Paying-in Book (please call Customer Care to request this).
You can Top-up FREE at over 2,000 selected High Street Bank Branches.
Pay money in from Monday to Friday and you can use it for purchases and withdrawals after two full working days; so if you pay money in on a Saturday it will be treated as if you paid it in on a Monday and would be available to draw against on Thursday.
Please remember… you can’t pay-in cheques or use the sort code and Card number on the Paying-in Slips to transfer money electronically into your Sun eccount.
If you need a new Sun Paying-in Book you can order one by calling Customer Care, or returning the re-order form supplied in the Book.
Email and Text Alerts
There are two really handy ways to find out if money has been paid into your Sun eccount. You can be notified by email for FREE and/or by Text alert for only 8p per Text. You can select these options when you activate your Sun eccount, when you log-in online to or by calling Customer Care to register or update your details.
